Could You Ever Understand?

Confusion it fills my mind
when I think of you
A Love so True
Or is it? that's what I want to know
Because the pain from last time still lingers

Last time I was hurt so badly
That more than one time I tried
To Permanently say good bye
But I'm still here to be with you again
Please don't once more put me through that pain

I Want to believe it all
But I dont' know what is true
Can I trust you?
Or will I once more be left in tears?
I hope that you can understand my fears
